According to the California Highway Patrol, the pileup took place around 6:57 p.m. on southbound State Route 15 near University Avenue.
A blue Nissan Versa, a white minivan, a Lexus IS300, and a Honda Odyssey were involved in the collision.
At least one person suffered serious injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene and took the patient to the hospital.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
