Concord, CA. — Anthony Rizotto, 55, was identified Tuesday as the pedestrian killed in a collision Sunday night along Monument Boulevard in Concord, authorities reported.

Rizotto was attempting to cross the roadway when he was struck by an oncoming vehicle. Authorities did not say whether he was walking inside a marked crosswalk.
