Riverside, CA – A man was killed on Tuesday in a two-vehicle collision in Jurupa Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The deadly collision happened just before 2:00 a.m. on September 30 at the intersection of Agua Mansa Road and Brown Avenue.
Deputies said a car and a tractor-trailer collided at the intersection.
The car driver, Andres Quintana Somoza, 25, of Corona, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured, remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. They were not arrested.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the accident.
