San Bernardino County, CA – A female passenger was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in San Bernardino County on Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The County Medical Examiner’s office identified the deceased woman as Teresa Perez De Hernandez, 73, of Anaheim.
The deadly crash happened at around 3:06 p.m. on September 18 on Northbound Interstate 15 Freeway near Nipton.
According to CHP, the traffic collision involved a red SUV, a Honda, a white pickup truck and at least one or two other vehicles.
Hernandez, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene.
At least two other people were injured in the incident.
No additional details regarding the crash were provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
