Fallbrook, CA.- Alyssha Karup-Joseph, 38, of San Diego, was killed in a solo crash that occurred in Fallbrook last week on Thursday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The incident happened on Interstate 15 north of State Route 76 just before 10 p.m. October 30.
Authorities said Karup-Joseph was in vehicle that crashed off the highway and went down an embankment.
She was rushed to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, where she was pronounced deceased on Friday morning.
There were no additional details on the incident.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
