According to WSP, Chance M. Piccin, 30, of Olympia, was driving north on Highway 821 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle

Kittitas County, WA.- A child involved in a deadly car accident last month in Kittitas County has succumbed to her injuries, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck took place on Highway 821 near the Kittitas/Yakima County line at about 11:20 p.m. October 25.
According to WSP, Chance M. Piccin, 30, of Olympia, was driving north on Highway 821 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle.
The car crashed and the rolled over multiple times.
A 3-month-old girl and an adult passenger were not wearing their seatbelts and were both ejected from the vehicle.
The adult passenger, identified as 33-year-old Courtney A. Bedell, of Yakima, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The child was taken to Kittitas Valley Healthcare and later died at the hospital.
Piccin was not injured and was arrested on suspicion of DUI, vehicular homicide, and vehicular assault.
The incident remained under investigation by the WSP.
