3 Hurt, 1 Seriously, in Peoria Car Accident at 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road
Peoria, Arizona (February 1, 2023) – Three people were injured in a multi-car accident that happened Tuesday morning near an intersection in Peoria, as per a local news source.
The incident took place just before 8 a.m. near 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
Responding police officers found three cars involved in the accident.
One of the drivers was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The other two drivers suffered minor injuries.
Police do not believe speed or intoxication contributed to the accident.
83rd Avenue between Deer Valley Road and Hillcrest Boulevard was closed in both directions following the incident. The road was reopened at around noontime.
