3 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 40 in Ponderosa
Coconino County, Arizona (November 4, 2022) – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened in Ponderosa, east of Williams.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the crash happened on Interstate 40.
A vehicle spun out in the westbound lanes and crashed into a guardrail before striking another car. A total of seventeen vehicles were involved in the collision.
Three people were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital for treatment, according to the Ponderosa Fire Department.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
