3 Hurt in Oakdale Car Accident on Oakdale Waterford Highway near Claribel Road
Oakdale, California (December 8, 2022) – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Oakdale, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident took place at about 5:43 p.m. on Oakdale Waterford Highway, just south of Claribel Road.
A Ford Mustang, a Toyota Yaris and a third vehicle were involved in the collision.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene to help the motorists.
Two people sustained severe injuries, and one other suffered minor injuries. The victims were hospitalized in unknown conditions.
The Ford Mustang was towed away with major rollover damage, and the Toyota Yaris with front-end damage.
Police did not immediately determine the causes of the accident, but they are investigating.
