3 Injured in La Crescenta Crash on 210 Freeway near Pennsylvania Avenue

Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters transported three people to the hospital

Los Angeles, CA. – Three people were hospitalized after being injured in a violent crash on Wednesday morning in La Crescenta.

According to the California Highway Patrol incident log, the accident happened around 11 a.m. on the 210 Freeway near Pennsylvania Avenue.

Two semi-trucks collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances. At least one of the big rigs overturned and dumped its load onto the freeway.

A third car was also involved in the collision. During the crash, it became wedged underneath the trailer portion of one of the two semi-trucks when it overturned.

Los Angeles County Fire Department firefighters transported three people to the hospital.

The collision resulted in the closure of the westbound lanes of the freeway.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
