Redding, CA – Two motorcycle riders were injured following a two-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in Redding, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury accident happened at about 12:50 p.m. at the interchange of Highway 44 East and Interstate 5 Southbound.
According to the CHP, two motorcycles were involved in the crash. Both riders were injured with at least one sustaining serious injuries.
The two patients were transported to the hospital.
Tow trucks were requested to the scene to help transport the riders.
