Corona, Calif. – Two people are dead following a multi-vehicle traffic collision on Interstate 15 in Corona Wednesday night, according to California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at about 10:15 p.m. on Northbound 15 Freeway, 1 mile south of Indian Truck Trail.
According to the CHP, at least 4 vehicles, including a 2022 gray Genesis GV70 SUV and a 2016 red Ford Fusion, were involved in the crash.
As per the CHP, one person was pronounced dead at the scene at about 10:54 p.m.
A second victim succumbed to his injuries at about 12:04 a.m. Thursday at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar.
At least three other people were injured and hospitalized in the incident.
