The collision happened just before 8:30 p.m. on September 6 at the intersection of Central Road and Pahute Road.

Apple Valley, CA – Two people were injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle collision in Apple Valley, according to the authorities.
The collision happened just before 8:30 p.m. on September 6 at the intersection of Central Road and Pahute Road.
Authorities said the collision involved a white Jeep Compass and a gray Ford Bronco.
After the collision, the Ford came to a stop in the yard of a home on the northwest corner of the intersection. The driver was trapped and firefighters used Jaws of Life to extricate them.
Both drivers were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
The accident closed both directions of Central Road.
The Apple Valley Police Department is investigating the accident.
