Police said a 27-year-old woman was driving in the area when she collided with a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old man

Tucson, AZ – Two people were injured in a collision in Tucson on Thursday morning, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The wreck happened on Oracle Road and River Road at around 4:44 a.m. September 4.
Police said a 27-year-old woman was driving in the area when she collided with a vehicle driven by a 24-year-old man.
The woman was transported to a hospital with serious injuries while the man was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The intersection was shut down temporarily following the accident.
The cause the collision is under investigation.
