Campbell, CA.- Two people were injured in a car accident in Campbell on Tuesday morning, according to the Campbell Police Department.
The incident happened at around 11:08 a.m. September 23, on San Tomas Expressway near Hamilton Avenue.
According to the report, two tow truck drivers were assisting at the scene of an earlier two-vehicle collision when the two were hit by another vehicle.
The tow truck drivers were transported to a hospital and were said to be in stable condition.
The driver who hit them stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the accident
