Two vehicles collided Thursday evening between Red Hawk Place and Gaffey Road.
Santa Cruz County, CA – Two people were hospitalized after a traffic collision involving a minivan that happened Thursday evening in Santa Cruz County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
CHP officers said the wreck took place around 6:52 p.m. on eastbound State Route 152 between Red Hawk Place and Gaffey Road.
A black minivan and a blue Subaru collided, blocking both traffic lanes. The Subaru was allegedly recklessly driving prior to the crash.
Oil and fluid were leaking from at least one of the vehicles onto the roadway.
AMR responded to the scene and transported two people to Watsonville Community Hospital with unspecified injuries.
No other details were given but an investigation is ongoing.
