Taft, CA. – A two-vehicle collision near an intersection in Taft left one person trapped inside a vehicle Thursday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Highway 119, also known as Taft Highway, at Airport Road.
A white Honda Civic and a gray Ford F-150 were involved in the collision.
One person got trapped inside one of the cars but was conscious and breathing.
Firefighters responded to the scene and extricated the victim.
The report did not mention if the party sustained any injuries.
