A red pickup truck and a silver SUV collided head-on for an unknown reason.
The driver of the SUV was killed in the accident.
Four passengers in the SUV sustained moderate to major injuries.
The driver of the truck suffered minor to moderate injuries.
All the patients were hospitalized in unknown condition.
Authorities stated that impairment was a possible contributing factor, but did not specify which driver was the suspect.
