Two people injured in collision at Sunrise Boulevard and Bell Road in Surprise
Surprise, AZ. – One person was killed in a car crash on Tuesday morning in Surprise.
According to the Surprise Police Department, the accident happened around 11 a.m. at the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Bell Road.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash, but the cause of the accident was not immediately determined.
One passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The identities of the victims were not disclosed.
The eastbound lanes of Bell were closed in the area, and traffic was diverted south onto Sarival Avenue.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
