One person killed in fiery rollover crash at Lawrence Expressway and Lochinvar Avenue in Sunnyvale
Sunnyvale, CA. – One person was killed in a car crash that left three others injured on Wednesday evening in Sunnyvale.
According to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 5:05 p.m. at Lawrence Expressway and Lochinvar Avenue.
Four vehicles were involved in the collision. One of the cars rolled over onto its roof and caught fire.
The driver of the overturned car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The occupants of the three other vehicles were hospitalized with minor injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
