San Francisco, CA. – At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge on Friday night.

The deadly collision happened around 11:17 p.m. on Interstate 80, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A white Genesis sedan was traveling at a high rate of speed when it slammed into the back of a silver Toyota Corolla.

Two other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The driver of the Corolla was transported to hospital where he died while receiving treatment.

The identity of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
