According to the Modesto Police Department, the accident happened at Roseburg Avenue and Tully Road.
An e-bike rider was traveling eastbound on Roseburg Avenue when he was struck by an SUV traveling northbound on Tully.
The e-bike rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
