Pedestrian Killed in Collision at Sierra Avenue and Foothill Boulevard in Fontana
Fontana, California (August 15, 2023) – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in Fontana last week Friday night.
The fatal crash was reported around 11:53 p.m., in the area of Sierra Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The woman was walking in the eastbound lanes of Foothill and was struck by a car.
The unidentified woman was killed in the accident.
The vehicle that struck the pedestrian did not stop at the accident scene. The vehicle was described as a dark-colored sedan based on video surveillance provided by a nearby business.
More details about the accident were not released.
