An adult passenger from the truck succumbed to their injuries at the scene
Danville, CA. – One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Danville on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Danville Police Department, the accident happened around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road and Camino Ramon.
A minivan and a truck were involved in the collision. The impact of the collision caused a truck to overturn.
An adult passenger from the truck succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
The truck driver and the minivan driver suffered minor injuries in the accident and were taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
San Ramon Valley Fire Department and Contra Costa Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
