San Mateo County, CA.- One person was killed in a traffic collision in San Mateo County on Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on Highway 101 near Peninsula Avenue at about 4:15 a.m. October 26.
According to the report, a BMW sedan was traveling northbound on Highway 101 when it crashed into a concrete barrier.
The BMW flew from the highway off-ramp and landed on city streets below.
The driver of the BMW, a 33-year-old man, was killed in the crash.
No further details were released.
The CHP is investigating to determine what caused the crash.
