Santa Ana, CA – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in Santa Ana on Friday night.
The accident happened at around 8:59 p.m. on the southbound 5 Freeway near Highway 22, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were recovered at the accident scene, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment in unknown condition.
