1 Injured in Sylmar Car Accident on Highway 14 near 5 Freeway
Sylmar, California (July 25, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury collision that resulted in minor injuries on Sunday night in Sylmar.
According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, the accident happened at around 10:30 p.m. July 24, on Highway 14 and 5 Freeway.
Per the police, two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation. One of the vehicles overturned on its roof following the collision.
Firefighters and medical personnel arrived at the scene and aided at least one person with minor injuries due to the collision. The total number of patients and their current condition were not immediately available.
The vehicles were blocking the roadway following the accident. Tow trucks were requested to remove the cars from the area.
