Laytonville, CA.- One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident near Laytonville on Thursday afternoon.
According to a CHP report, the crash transpired at around 4:53 p.m. on Highway 101 near mile marker 63.
A white or gray vehicle was traveling northbound on the highway when it lost control and rolled down an embankment.
The Cal Fire and Laytonville Fire Department were called to help out at the scene.
One person complained of back pain and was transported to Howard Hospital in Willits for treatment.
No additional details were immediately released.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
