San Diego, CA. – One person was injured in a motorcycle accident that happened on Thursday afternoon in Point Loma.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the accident happened around 12:55 p.m. at the intersection of Catalina Boulevard and Santa Barbara Street.
A 21-year-old man was riding a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle southbound when he collided with a 2000 Toyota Tacoma pickup traveling north on Catalina.
The rider suffered an open wrist fracture and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The pickup truck driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
