1 Injured in Car Accident on Highway 4 near Loveridge Road in Pittsburg
Contra Costa, California (June 8, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a major injury car crash that happened near Pittsburg in Contra Costa on Thursday morning.
The collision was reported at around 6:24 a.m. on Highway 4 near Loveridge Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision, with the impact causing one of the cars to overturn.
Two people were trapped in the vehicles after the collision and had to be extricated.
As per the report, at least one person suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
