Palm Desert, CA. – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Saturday evening in Palm Desert.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened around 4:10 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 111 and Monterey Avenue.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision. One vehicle ended up on its side, leaving a person trapped.
The victim was extricated and transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
