The incident was reported at about 1:02 a.m. October 25, on Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard.
According to the report, a red sedan, a gray Honda CRV, and a black BMW SUV were involved in the collision.
The driver of the BMW had injuries to their arm.
