Monterey, CA. – One person was hospitalized after being seriously injured in a car accident on Tuesday afternoon in Moss Landing
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 4:55 p.m. on Highway 1 near Struve Road.
A big rig and a red pickup truck were involved in the accident, but the report leading up to the collision were not immediately determined.
One person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated before being taken to hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
A second person was hospitalized with minor injuries.
