One person injured in 8 Freeway collision near Johnson Avenue in El Cajon
El Cajon, CA. – At least one person was injured in a collision on Thursday afternoon in El Cajon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 2:06 p.m. on Interstate 8 Freeway near Johnson Avenue.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision. However, authorities did not immediately determine the events leading up to the accident.
As per the report, at least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
