1 Hurt in Tipton Truck Accident on Highway 99 near Avenue 144
Tipton, California (December 21, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle accident that left one person with minor injuries early Wednesday morning in Tipton.
The collision occurred on southbound Highway 99, just south of Avenue 144, at around 12:08 a.m.
Police said a big rig clipped the rear end of another vehicle for unknown reasons.
Emergency crews and medical personnel responded to the scene to aid one person injured in the crash. The individual was treated for minor injuries.
Authorities closed lane 1 following the accident.
