Fallbrook, CA.- A motorcycle rider was injured in a two-vehicle collision in Fallbrook on Monday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on East Mission Road near Knoll Park Lane just before 4:02 p.m. September 22.
According to the authorities, a white Chevrolet sedan was traveling on East Mission Road when it collided with a person on a motorcycle.
Responding medical crews found the motorcyclist down on the ground being aided by Navy personnel.
The rider was transported to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The roadway was temporarily shut down as fire crews worked at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
