Santa Clarita, CA.- One person was injured in a collision between two vehicles in Santa Clarita on Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on the 5 Freeway near McBean Parkway at around 1:30 p.m. October 16.
According to the report, a green SUV traveling on northbound 5 Freeway crashed into a big rig for unspecified reasons.
A female driver was unconscious at the scene.
She was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The crash caused the closure of the No.3 and No.4 northbound 5 Freeway lanes.
The accident is under investigation by the CHP.
