CHP said a pickup truck was traveling at a high rate of speed when it went off the roadway and rolled down an embankment, where it landed upside down.
Cajon Pass, CA – A driver was killed Tuesday afternoon in a rollover accident in Cajon Pass, according to the CHP.
The fatal crash happened around 1:14 p.m. on October 14 on Interstate 15 Freeway just north of State Route 138.
CHP said a pickup truck was traveling at a high rate of speed when it went off the roadway and rolled down an embankment, where it landed upside down.
The driver was trapped in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The CHP is investigating the accident.
