Tucson, AZ– One person was hospitalized with major injuries after a traffic accident that occurred in Tucson on Monday morning.
According to a report by the Pima County Sheriff's Department, the crash occurred at around 8 a.m. near Sunrise Drive and Kolb Road.
Authorities reported that two vehicles were involved in the collision, whose cause was not immediately established.
One person was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
Roads in the area were shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
