Temecula, CA – 75-year-old Arleigh Crisman died in a motorcycle versus FedEx truck collision that happened Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Temecula, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Coroner reported.
The accident happened around 1:36 p.m. on September 23, 2026, at Bella Vista Road and Glen Oaks Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol Temecula Office, which is investigating the crash, Crisman was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a FedEx delivery truck under unclear circumstances.
The Temecula man was thrown into a roadside ditch.
Responding Riverside County firefighters found Crisman in grave condition and immediately began CPR. The firefighters initially requested a helicopter to airlift the man to the hospital, but the air ambulance was canceled after he was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:52 p.m.
The truck driver was not injured.
