Preliminary reports indicate that a 27-year-old woman from Puyallup was driving southbound on SR 167 when she moved into a different lane and collided with a second vehicle.

Puyallup, WA – One person was injured in a crash involving a suspected DUI driver north of Puyallup on Sunday morning.
According to a report by the Washington State Patrol, the wreck took place on State Route 167 and 24th Street at around 6:30 a.m. on August 23.
Preliminary reports indicate that a 27-year-old woman from Puyallup was driving southbound on SR 167 when she moved into a different lane and collided with a second vehicle.
The impact sent the first vehicle into the left side ditch while the second vehicle ended up in the right shoulder ditch.
A passenger in the second vehicle, only identified as a Seattle resident, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup.
There was no update on the extent of injuries sustained by the passenger.
According to investigators, drugs or alcohol were suspected to have factored in the accident.
The crash remained under investigation by the Washington State Patrol
