Placentia, CA – A 23-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with a car Wednesday afternoon on Imperial Highway in Placentia, authorities reported.
The wreck transpired around 12:30 p.m. on July 22, 2026, on westbound Imperial Highway.
Placentia firefighters responded and pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. The victim was identified as a 23-year-old Yorba Linda man.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
According to California Highway Patrol officers, drugs and alcohol are not believed to be contributing factors.
