Oakland, CA. – One person was hospitalized with serious injuries following a motorcycle accident on Friday afternoon in Oakland.
The accident happened around 1:47 p.m. on 580 Freeway near Grand Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers found a motorcycle and a Nissan Altima with major front-end damage at the scene. Officers did not immediately determine the events leading up to the accident.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
