According to the California Higwhay Patrol, the collision occurred on Highway 58, just west of South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at around 4:15 p.m. July 16.
Investigations revealed that at least four vehicles were involved in the accident. The vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of Highway 58 for unspecified reasons.
CHP and emergency personnel responded to the scene and attended to the people involved in the incident.
At least one person was reported to have sustained minor injuries. It’s unclear whether the patient needed to be taken to a hospital for further treatment.
