Seattle, WA – A bicyclist was hit and injured by a vehicle in Seattle on Wednesday morning, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
The collision took place on Admiral Way near Schmitz Park on Wednesday, July 8.

SFD firefighters immediately responded to the scene shortly after receing reports of the accident.
Medics attended to the bicyclist, before transporting him to a hospital for further treatment. There was no update on the condition of the hospitalized bicyclist.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene after the collision. The identities of the rider and the driver were not immediately available.
Authorities have not released additional details on the collision. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
