The motorcyclist was ejected and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center where he later died

Madera County, CA. – A man died after a motorcycle accident that happened in Madera County on Friday, June 19.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 8:01 p.m. on northbound Highway 41, north of Highway 145.
A 19-year-old Fresno man was driving a 2011 Mercedes E350 northbound on Highway 41 when he reportedly made pulled onto the right shoulder with the intention of making a U-turn.
As he attempted the turn, the Mercedes was struck by a 2014 Harley-Davidson operated by an 86-year-old North Fork man.
The motorcyclist was ejected and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
CHP is investigating the accident.
