The female driver of a Mini Cooper was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries
Shasta County, CA. – Two people were injured in a Thursday afternoon multi-vehicle crash in the Bella Vista area of Shasta County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on Highway 299 near Livona Lane at around 4 p.m.
A Jeep Compass, a Mini Cooper, and a Toyota RAV4 were involved in the crash. The Mini Cooper flipped multiple times during the crash. Two of the vehicles were occupied only by drivers.
The female driver of a Mini Cooper was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
One other person was transported to hospital for treatment.
One lane of the highway was temporarily closed.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
