Preliminary investigations revealed that Quiroz was riding a bicycle in the area when he was hit by a tow truck. The Washington State Patrol is still trying to figure out the circumstances of the accident.

Spanaway, WA – The man who was killed in a motorcycle collision last week in Spanaway has been identified by the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Keylan Quiroz, 20, died following the collision that took place at around 5:59 p.m. June 4, on SR-7 and 204th Street East.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Quiroz was riding a bicycle in the area when he was hit by a tow truck. The Washington State Patrol is still trying to figure out the circumstances of the accident.
Emergency crews responded to the site of the accident and Quiroz was declared deceased at the scene.
The operator of the tow truck, who was not immediately identified, was not injured in the accident.
The northbound and southbound lanes of SR-7 were temporarily shut down as authorities conducted an investigation into the incident.
The WSP is still working to establish what led up to the accident.
