Fresno County, CA – Three people were hospitalized after a major injury multi-car accident that happened late Monday afternoon at an intersection in Fresno County.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the incident took place around 5:28 p.m. on June 1 at East Adams Avenue and South Del Rey Avenue near the Del Rey area.
Three vehicles, including a 2014 Freightliner towing a car, were involved in the accident.
The crash resulted in major injuries. Two patients, identified as Richard Sandoval and Sydney Sandoval, were taken by Selma firefighters to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries. A third patient, identified only as Hernandez, was also transported by Selma firefighters to the same hospital with the complaint of pain.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the crash.
