The incident occurred just before 7 a.m. in the area of 67th Avenue and Camelback Road.

Glendale, AZ – A woman suffered serious injuries following a two-vehicle rollover collision at an intersection in Glendale on Wednesday morning, according to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT).
The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. at the intersection of 67th Avenue and Camelback Road.
MCDOT said a woman was driving a pickup truck northbound on 67th Avenue approaching the intersection. At the same time, a southbound SUV was making a left turn onto eastbound Camelback Road. As the traffic signal turned red, both vehicles proceeded into the intersection, resulting in a collision.
The pickup truck overturned following the crash. The female driver was ejected from the vehicle. Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported the woman to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries
Both vehicles sustained significant damage following the crash.
The intersection remained closed in all directions for several hours while Glendale police investigated the crash and crews cleared the roadway. Traffic lanes reopened shortly before noon.
The collision remains under investigation.
